Wales isn’t known for its sunshine, so it’s easy to ignore that it has UK’s highest rate of skin cancer. So, we did something that wasn’t easy to ignore – we replaced the Welsh flag. On St David’s Day we switched the Welsh dragon for a lobster. Cast
